and fate series i am confused about the order .i read alot of opinions some said u should watch the light novel first others said that u can skip it and start with
1- fate zero 1
2- fate zero 2
3- fate stay night ( i read that dein's adaption is not recommended )

so lost canvas has no relation to the original series ?
and if i watched saint seiya omega . do i need to watch the original one ?

I haven't watched Saint Seiya but isn't the Lost Canvas just the prequel to the original series? From what I've read, you can watch it without any knowledge of the original series.
IDK about Omega but you should google the chronological order.

Lost Canvas is a prequel to the old one, it takes place 300 years before, you dont need to watch the original to understand Lost Canvas history

well im not sure about that even though ive seen Omega, Omega is a different take on the franchise, more kid friendly an childish unlike Lost Canvas which was more mature
first half of Omega can be seen without watching the original i guess but during the second half the main cast of the old series takes a more important role an some events of the old series get mentioned or referenced several times so youll probably need to watch the old version for that second half
Omega is anime original btw
